Processing time
The processing time of the item is the time from the receipt of your order to the shipment. After receiving your order, we perform strict quality control and testing to ensure the quality of the product to your satisfaction before shipment. The processing of your order usually takes 2-7 business days. However, please note that the processing time may also be affected by the stock of individual items, the time of year, national holidays, etc.
*If you want to cancel any item of your order, just send us a request via email or contact form. We will get back to you within 24 hours. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped, allow changes, or make address changes.

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email giving you a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or the tracking number isn't working, don't worry. Contact us and we will solve the problem!

Unexpected delays
